This miniature version of “Little Women” by Louisa May Alcott is handcrafted by American artisan Barbara Raheb. The book is a black and white illustrated version of this beloved coming-of-age story with illuminated calligraphy throughout. The book is bound in blue leather and features a gilt title and silhouette of a woman’s head. This 1/12th scale dollhouse miniature book measures ~ 15/16″ x 5/8″.
Barbara Raheb was an American artisan and IGMA fellow who began making dollhouse miniature books in 1976. Her books are expertly bound in genuine leather and made with acid-free paper. Each book is signed and numbered.
